What is the exchange/return policy?

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a refund.
When will I get my order?

Any order will be delivered 4-7 working days after the time of order placement

Where are your products manufactured?

Products are manufactured locally within our factories with supervision over each step of the process.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location.
